What do you like best?
We have used the LIMS for an extended time 20+ years. In that time the functionality has grown considerably, the product allows the continuing use of legacy functionality while combining new features and technologies to grow functionality and features. The use of new technologies makes additional features esier to use taking configuration away from the IT departmant more into the lab user.
What do you dislike?
Can sometimes be a while before bugs are fixed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Currently solving the problems of analyst consistency using the LES functionality. Also moving away from bespoke functionality to configuring worflows with business logic.
