What do you like best?

This program has a great feature that allows you to see a photo of the client you're treating or preparing to treat, which on a busy treatment day, makes it easier to recall the patient and document appropriately. After clicking on the specific patient profile, the individual tabs did flow pretty cohesively and made treatment smooth to navigate. The system although it can be particular, is VERY specific when it comes to input information. I think that makes it harder to make an error in billing, which in this line of work is a definite benefit!

What do you dislike?

There are a LOT of check boxes. I am personally a bigger fan of free text boxes because I can be efficient and descriptive without going through a bunch of steps. Completing documentation in a hurry is difficult when each box must be first checked besides the "free text" and the attestation appears like 3 and 4 times. Sometimes the system would run slowly, so it felt like that could effect my daily efficiency, but that may have been more due to the WIFI/internet connectivity vs. a system error.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This platform has been overall efficient and use friendly. I have used many different documentation systems and this one has probably had the fewest "crashes" or glitches when I'm in the middle of reports/documentation. I've heard good things about the ease of the administration side of the platform as well, but can't speak to that as I am a treating therapist only and don't use that portion of the platform/system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It doesn't always carry over billing codes and other information that seemed like it should be carried over/flow into the next treatment day or week. IT says that there may be a setting for this though, so looking at saved "settings" to see if any of this can be changed or if it's just standard how the platform works.
