What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to store all patient records and how long it holds history.

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike, it just takes some getting used to in order to learn how to navigate through everything.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take the time to actually learn everything this software can do! It will save you so much time in the long run and saves you money and space by not having to keep track of paper records for years and years. This allows you to store a whole patient medical history right in the software that in encrypted and secure.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Minimizes the risk of releasing PHI that you used to have with paper medical records.
