What do you like best?
Interface is intuitive and easy to manage all membership data including contact information, attendance, and family connections. Also great for management of mass emails.
What do you dislike?
The interface is a bit dated. It looks like something out of the 90s. It's also not cheap cost-wise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large organization, the price is worth it. It can be really useful to store, search, and communicate with large groups.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Membership management. It's an easy to use tool and has streamlined our process for database management and communication with members. Much better than the old paper methods.
