What do you like best?

I love how easy it is for small businesses and individuals to have such a powerful tool to compete with modern standards, such as texts. The simplistic idea of being able to text everywhere sounds like a very easy to execute idea, but this app definitely takes it and makes and impression.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike any aspect of it other than the pricing. It's a very good tool, even big names like Penn use it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are hunkered down into your cubicle and simply don't want to introduce your personal phone into the environment, it is a great tool to have running in the background while you number crunch or work on filling out a help ticket. If money is not a problem, I highly suggest trying Text Request out to see if it is a good fit for your company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My phone could be far away from me, but I can still text on a nearby device thanks to Text Request. It helps me coordinate with my IT team on tasks through text.
