A CRM for outside sales reps

What do you like best?

The transcription and virtual assistant features make Telenotes a CRM that actually gets used. I loved using it because I could call in my notes and tasks on my way to the next appointment. Then, someone would listen to my message, enter all the data and schedule all the reminders and follow-ups that I need.

What do you dislike?

It's not designed for high volume inside sales.

It's fantastic for outside sales teams!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Getting reps to actually use our CRM so we capture the data we need. Also, it obviously helps the reps remember their next steps and the details for each customer. It worked! I got great data as a manager and the reps were able to make call notes easily.
