What do you like best?

1) It lets you chat, create groups, share large files, and imposes no member limit.

2) It doesn't collect unnecessary data or request access to any information from organizations or users.

3) Ability to host conferences with 100+ people on a single call

4) It lets you host video calls from within the app.

5) Screenshot notifications, restrict downloads etc

What do you dislike?

1) Messages are delivered a little late.

2) They can work on improving the Video Experience on the App

3) The Web version of the app disconnects too often.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There aren't many enterprise communication chat platforms in the market. Most enterprises use customer communication chat platforms like - WhatsApp, Signal, or Telegram to discuss, collaborate and share business information.

On more than a few occasions, the information being discussed & shared is confidential. Documents, Files, Reports, Quarterly Numbers & pretty much everything under the sun get shared on these platforms like WhatsApp, Signal, or Telegram.

Organizations have no control over what is shared, who all have access to a particular document, or whom they should check in to identify the source of information. Telebu Ping provides us with just that. More control over groups, content moderation features and allows us to store our data locally.
