What do you like best?

The practitioners are mostly good in my experience.

What do you dislike?

The system is pretty awful, but not nearly as bad as Inpathy's, which I've also reviewed somewhere. I've posted some photos showing a couple of the smaller bugs.

The customer service is terrible. Because there is no technical support. And no management support. So the nice reps answering the phone can do absolutely nothing about technical problems.

Email Support also does nothing about technical problems.

I also have evidence they censor and stuff reviews.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Health issues - so I can be productive.

I have obtained some diagnoses and prescriptions.
