Advanced user of Teamup CalendarTeamup has a very nice user experience and is very helpful to keep our small company organized. It is helpful to see different calendars, be able to edit different calendars, and restrict/enable permissions for different calendars. The color coding and email alerts are also great features in teamup.
The setup is complex - it took some learning to figure out how the links, users, etc. all work together. Furthermore, it would be great if it was integrated with other calendars (i.e. microsoft) or if there was an approval process for calendar events (i.e. in the case of PTO). It is simple, which is both a pro and con in a lot of ways.
We have many different individuals who travel frequently. Microsoft calendars were not good at allowing us to see who was going where at what times, so we turned to teamup. Teamup is great at allowing us to keep track of employees' schedules.
