What do you like best?
The team behind Teamup are the stars. With a global pandemic to deal with and having to change our business model overnight, they worked night and day to ensure we had the best support we could to move to online classes. All the integrations and bulk editing and more made it so much easier for us to move seamlessly from face to face classes to online. And unlike many other online booking systems they didn't hike our prices either.
What do you dislike?
Honestly I cannot think of anything here, there are many many options for a business like mine to use. I've worked in my industry for 23 years and seen many big changes in that time. There are now even more options for potential customers to my business to get a workout. Free stuff abounds. But I've always known what my ideal client looks like and how I can look after them. We have high standards in our classes and with our teachers and that is the sort of standard I would want from anyone who we work with. With all things you get what you pay for and I don't want some cheap option if I want to nurture my clients and my business so I choose to work with people who have the same approach. That's why we are Teamup customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try them, they offer a free trial and will do all they can to help you. You won't get a hard sell and if you decide not to go further they respect that. They will give you access to everything even on the trial unlike some other systems and the price you pay stays at that, again unlike other systems. I looked at many systems before going with Teamup and I am delighted we did. Yes there are cheaper ones out there, but I don't want cheap I want reliability and flexibility and a great support team when I need help. I want the same dedication as I give my business and as I give my clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We know each month with reports our most popular times and teachers, that enables us to react to that and maximise on it. We can see who has birthdays coming up, how many classes attended and that allows us to be more personal with our clients and be more of a community. So important as I add this review at the beginning of 2021 after a pretty awful year previously. Tracking cashflow is easy, building class packs and classes that work exactly right for us not just a standard for any other fitness business. Plus they really do listen to our suggestions for changes and new things are coming on line all the time.
