What do you like best?

It does the job of collecting status updates from team members , preparing a report and share the same with reporting manager to look at utilization of every single resource , the progress of all the tasks in the project. Its like stand up meeting in the mail box.

What do you dislike?

There is no flaw with the product . Its good and stands the value.

Being a Team Lead , I don't have to chase people for work status , it automatically comes into mail box in the form of report. It saves my time to do my work.
