Advanced user of TaskMaster ProI like that all the information I need about the people we serve is easily located wherever I am. I do not need a computer to access the information, I can access the information from my Smartphone.
There are still bugs in the program that we discover as we utilize all it has to offer.
I believe it is important to research the available products when choosing something as important as record keeping in the industry I work in. However, I believe that TMP is definitely heading in the right direction. I would also like to add that, while I would like the outcomes to be as quick, the support team at TMP does a wonderful job of making you feel validated when you call with an issue and they do their best to support us in any way possible.
We use TaskMaster Pro for our electronic record keeping software. I have found that it is much easier to complete requests for information from organizations such as APS when there is an investigation or a guardian in need of updates on their loved ones.
