What do you like best?

I like the ease of tracking all of our client communications across the entire support team. We can also add updates, assign tasks, and collaborate remotely.

What do you dislike?

The set up was really difficult- no one on my team was able to get the welcome email. Also there are some cosmetic glitches like if you go to the settings page, the menu is hidden behind the main interface. There are not show stopping bugs; sometimes they are just irritating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The greatest benefit is a way to track open client progress, their issues, communicate openly with other support members, and upload documents so that we arent all working on the same thing.
