What do you like best?
Simple UI that is easy for me to post my announcements that can be linked to my website.
What do you dislike?
Everything is good about the product and they can further improve on their agent dashboard UI further.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use it to post my hospital updates on my website regarding appointments and other important information. As I am not tech savvy, I found it harder to use my website's control panel to login and post updates. With this changelog that is embedded onto my website, I can easily post my updates very easily from a single dashboard that is easy to use.
