Great software to manage freelancers from start to end
What do you like best?
TalentDesk allows us to have an overview of all our freelancers, invite them to projects and tasks within projects, brief them and receive their deliverable. With the ability to attach documents and discuss project details via the discussion board, everything stays on the platform which allows any managers to pick things up, this is really helpful for collaborative work. Freelancers raise worksheets per projects, which allows us to have visibility on spend and keep within budget. Each freelancer gets an invoice automatically created each month and the system reconciliate all of them to provide us with one monthly invoice. From onboarding freelancers to final payments, TalentDesk provides everything in one go.
What do you dislike?
I would not say dislike but TalentDesk is rather a new platform so there are always improvements to make the tool better. However the team is great, they really care about their clients and listen to feedback on how to improve the platform. Many of our suggestions have already been implemented and more to come to make this tool as best as it can be!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you create an internal process for all managers to follow and provide a guide to your freelancers on how to use the tool the way that works best for you.

Anyone in the agency can now access our pool of freelancers within a few clicks. Managing projects and deadlines became way more efficient and all managers within the agency can work collaboratively with our freelancers on any projects. Both us and our freelancers are saving time on admin thanks to the integrated worksheet and payment system.
