What do you like best?

The autoposting feature is definitely my favorite part. Being able to a plan and schedule my posts in advance has been a game changer for my business.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that you can't select a "cover" for videos when auto posting. This sometimes leads to a "blank" appearing post on the feeds.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have attempted to use a number of different Social Media planning and posting platforms and honestly, Tailwind blows them all away. Not only is it superior in ease of use, the Tailwind team is incredibly responsive. The platform is affordable and has saved me an incredible amount of time. I have a content day where I create and upload as much content as I can, write the captions and use the hashtag support tool, schedule my posts and the post to my managed pages. Rarely, there will be a hiccup, but the app will send a text which allows me to go into the app, copy and paste the caption and hashtags, and manually post it. Still a hugh time saver. My pages have never looked better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have solved the problem of time management with Tailwind. I have also been able to curate content in a way that gives my pages a more professional look. I have been able to put that time into creating relevant content and plan posts in advance for important days.
