Ideal for Merchandising stores with a large catalog - Extremely helpful support!
What do you like best?
The best thing about this platform is that it is extremely easy to pick up and use. It does exactly what is promised, which I find is rare to see these days. It is exactly what we needed.
My favorite feature of the platform is the T-score boost, which gives us the opportunity to push seasonal products for a specific amount of time.
The support is also unbeatable.
What do you dislike?
I honestly can't say there is anything that I dislike about the platform. Normally it would be the price, but I thought that was pretty reasonable too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a large catalog of products with multiple collections. It was becoming impossible to manage and we were potentially using out on sales. With Tagalys it has given us the option to order our collection in a way which we want it to look, but also in a way we know customers are going to want to see the products.
