Great Product with Great Customer Service
What do you like best?
We are using Syte Visual Search for nearly a year now. The product delivers what it promises - of helping the customer buy similar looking products to the uploaded image. And we have been using more and more solutions from their suite.
Syte Customer Service team has been a genuine partner - working on improving the business impact from their tools for us (True to the name of Customer Success Manager). Right from customizing their solutions for our unique requirements to go the extra mile of customizing the neural network for us, they have always been a great support.
What do you dislike?
Tools are very focused on fashion, jewellery & home improvement categories. So some of the capabilities are not available for other customer categories.
