Easy to use pst viewer and very inexpensive
What do you like best?
It was able to view my emails within my pst's with ease. It did take a little time to load it but that is more of an issue of me having a large pst file. It opens the pst file almost like if you were working out of microsoft outlook. It was inexpensive compared to other pst viewers. sysTools made it easy to upgrade to the pro version after we tested it.
What do you dislike?
Like most pst viewers we tested before picking systools, systools pst viewer is cpu and hard drive intensive particularly when trying to view larger pst files. Using a normal spinning disk hard drive will slow the process down due to the write speeds of our hard drive's.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SysTools pst viewer was a relatively inexpensive tool compared to most pst viewers.
If you have large pst files you want to view, I recommend using a computer with at least an Intel i5 or higher or equivalent. I also recommend having a solid state drive vs a spinning disk hard drive and have at least double the available space compared to the pst file size. SysTools pst viewer is definitley the best pst viewer we have used bar far.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have been able to view pst files and export emails when necessary. which helped us out with a search project that we were working on. We were able to complete our project significantly quicker than if we would have used other pst viewers or outlook.
