The tool provides three options to maintain the folder hierarchy i.e. to maintain folder hierarchy as it is, to maintain subject wise folder hierarchy & no folder hierarchy to maintain. A progress report is also generated after the complete extraction process

What do you like best?

I've only used it a few times but have found it convenient and overall easy to use when needing to access documents

What do you dislike?

Occasionally it can run a tad slow or crash. However, this has been a useful tool overall that has been useful to use.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It will be helpful in accessing documents that may not otherwise be able to be opened.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has helped me access documents that I would not otherwise have access to in my work. This is most useful when my computer may not be compatible with a document and this product helps bridge the gap
