What do you like best?

This application is very easy to use - effortless almost - and does it's job extremely well.

What do you dislike?

At times, the application can be a bit slow performing recovery, but for me this is not a huge deal as the program's usefulness outweighs any inconvenience caused by waiting for it to do it's work.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Over the past few years, this program has become my "go-to" application for recovering mail data from corrupt or unreadable Outlook OST files. Not only does it do this - and do it very well - but I have also used this application to recover data from unreadable PST files. SysTools OST recovery has saved my rear and the rears of my users more times than I can count at this point.
