Importing jobs of more than one PST to Mailbox mapping either took a very long time to import, and was never actually completed. I had to troubleshoot and investigate how to resolve the issue. The most reliable way to use the tool was to create individual one-to-one mappings, which meant creating hundreds of jobs.
My Human Resources team uses this function in order to remain on the same page since we have satellite office locations. It helps my HR team stay organized and when traveling, it is convenient to use on my laptop.
