Incremental import from same PST file is possible.
I personally use it for my outlook email as well.
Loading the data for the first time is bit slow. Apart from this, I did not see any disadvantages or issues with this tool.
I would definitely recommend it, its easy to use, secure and flexible. Definitely worth trying.
We use it for as a backup solution for our email client.
