What do you like best?

Ease of you. The UI is simple and functional.

What do you dislike?

At times , the folder structure gets corrupted when imported within Outlook. Also, at times the metadata of the emails are not accurately reproduced.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a software cost center, we first migrated from outlook to Thunderbird as the email client, corporate wide. On reconsideration, there was a parallel initiative to move back to outlook for certain users.
