Advanced user of SynXis Enterprise PlatformI have been using SynXis for 3 years now. It is user friendly and easy to understand. Whenever I hire new employees as a front desk agent they get trained in a hours with the SynXis system.
There is nothing much but I wish they have web based platform.
Direct billing, group block and the parents accounts are my favorite.
