What do you like best?
Our Customer Success Manager Molly Warren has really made our experience great, Molly has helped us with the custom request to time saver when onboarding. I never felt met with a dead end and always get a fast response or their team will look into my questions even if it is regarding one of their publishing partners.
What do you dislike?
Synup Technical team needs a lot of time to deliver requests. It can take months for them to make updates and can take multiple calls and emails to just explain the issue or ask.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are managing and creating Loan officer Listing for our Loan officers. The benefit is that the loan officers can really take control of their listing while still allowing us access to help guide their accounts when needed.
