What do you like best?

I like the ease of use of this platform. We are able to access patient data quite readily including the whole medical chart and scanned in documents as well as incorporate it with QREADS which makes it easier to have everything in one centralized location.

What do you dislike?

User capacity seems slow at peak times of the day. If a lot of people are using the system during the hours of 9 to 3 for example, saving documents, moving between platforms and different parts of a patient's chart can be slow at times.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend checking user capacity and make sure that there are no limitations to the number of users at any given time on this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to have a patient's whole medical record in one centralized place from medical reports, labs, image studies, background, history, patient demographics, etc.
