Advanced user of Synfig StudioI'm new to this program but it looked good so I tried it. It installed great and opens super fast, unlike so many other graphic and animation software programs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Menus are likewise easy to figure out.
Some of the movement of items can be a bit confusing. Color is also handled a bit different, but looks great when you get it right. There seem to be a few error issue with Windows that will need to be explored with tech support.
If you are looking to a fairly easy to use and not too complicated animation software, this is the one fir you. Beginners should be able to get up and running in a short time, especially if you have any experience at all with graphics software and understand how layers work. Be sure to take advantage of the samples enclosed and the tutorials found online.
No problems, but this will be great for small animations for Facebook, Titter and the like. The biggest benefit is that it is open source and there are several tutorials out there to help one get started.
