What do you like best?
We picked SyncApps because it was the only connector that would support Dynamics CRM on-premise, and we needed a solid integration between CRM and ActiveSync.
Technical support (that's you, John ;-) ), both pre- and post-sales is sterling. It is the best we ever had with any partner vendor. Kudos!
What do you dislike?
The basic product is free, which is cool. However, after you throw in all the must-haves and nice-to-haves, the subscription can quickly cost a fortune.

Integration of heterogen systems. Saves us tons of data transcription and miscommunication errors.
