What do you like best?

System check reminders are very helpful in making sure I do not leave my system open or hurting. It definitely taught me a lot about my data systems and protecting my data and my software

What do you dislike?

I have absolutely no complaints about this system. I think that it works well and the agents available to help if you have a system issue are really great as well.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take advantage of the opportunity to learn about your systems for those who are novice at this type of thing.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I had a lot of security breaches that I was totally unaware of because I was using very basic software. It was not until I upgraded to Symantec that I even realized that there different issues that I had not been protected against.
