I really am not on the administrator end of things, I just benefit from the product. We do not get any training on this, but I am sure that IT would be willing to help anyone interested in learning more. Our team at TWU is amazing.
I would suggest getting with your IT department to better understand how to keep information secure while at work. Alot of the time we are merely benefactors of a product and have little to do with implementation. If you are eager to find out more, IT is the place to start.
I love that it reduces risk and keeps our university compliant. This is especially useful for our student body. Our university strive to make the students attending feel safe and secure when handling sensitive information.
