What do you like best?

Honestly, beyond the tool itself, the customer service we receive as a reseller is second to none. I truly appreciate the effort this team makes to keep our clients in check and support our efforts to build our business.

What do you dislike?

There's not much not to like. I've been working with this platform for over two years and the experience has been tremendous. If there's one thing we'd like to see happen soon, it's Waze integration.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Simply being able to offer my clients a best-in-class solution and explain why using SWIQ is beneficial to their business has allowed our business to grow significantly. The platform is also an excellent, low-cost way to bring in new clients, gain trust and offer other services.
