Good for starters, very easy to use
What do you like best?
The most useful tool is being able to save all customer info, including contact info, business details, emails and calls, addresses, and notes.
Also being able to send emails directly thru the CRM saves so much time, especially when using templates that have been previously created. Just a few clicks and I am able to follow up with a prospect.
Creating tasks really helps a lot to make sure no leads or potential business gets neglected. I especially like the ability to assign tasks to other people on my sales team.
What do you dislike?
I've not used the campaign feature yet, as I still a relatively new CRM user, but I think it looks like a worthwhile tool

If you are looking for an affordable yet high quality CRM, this one works great... especially great for SMB

My team is so much more organized and is always able to be on the same page.
Before SutiCRM, it was hard to manage leads in the pipeline, especially when one SDR needed to take over for another, but now with CRM we are easily able to see all notes about a contact and the team can work together much easier.
