Swiss army knife for marketing report and analytics
What do you like best?
1. the quality of their data source integrations like Google Analytics, Google Ad and Facebook Ads. unlike their competitors, Supermetrics truly covers every data field these data sources offer and the integrations are very robust.
2. the superb user experience of their products
3. choosing SM as a pure-play data pipeline and decoupling pipeline from the storage, analytics, and data viz layers mean no vendor lock-in, the best tech for each layer, a more robust architecture for my martech/data stack
What do you dislike?
for some of my colleagues who aren't very analytical or technical, they didn't know what to do with the data after pulling it into Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. There was a learning curve. It would be better if Supermetrics could provide more templates or human-assisted onboarding.
Also, when I first told by their sales that with Supermetrics I could get everything Datorama offers at a fraction of the price, I thought it was too good to be true :)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Marketing reporting and analytics. Or finding a data pipeline tool to move my marketing data into Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
