I would recommend for small / medium business. Do the 30 day trial and try to use all of the features during this time. Make sure you setup image manger as well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Hardware independent restores work well, as does the Granular Recovery for Exchange. I can retrieve a single email, single calendar, recover a entire mailbox or migrate one. I have used it successfully for P2V Migrations, File Recovery, V2V Migrations, & Bare Metal Restore.
