StockIQ has taken us from manual forecasts to forecasts that require little to no attention.
What do you like best?
I love the alerts section. It allows for decisions to be made on what went wrong and how to fix them from happening again. I also love that we can customize the behind-the-scene logic to fit our business.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that it isn't our ERP, but that is out of SIQ's control.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Forecasting was non-existent at our company before we implemented SIQ. Now, the system helps us mitigate stockouts and shortages to push us to hit our on-time delivery metrics. We went from having over 8,000 stockouts before SIQ to less than 500 over a period of one year.
