It works when needed, doesn't work when you need it the most

What do you like best?

I like that it makes things a lot more organized and helps assist peoples need when needed.

What do you dislike?

It does lose power most of the time, I have tried to update it as much as we can but it is losing a lot of power. It does make me sign in all the time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend this if it was at its highest moment and hopefully get fixed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have issues with this issue but it still a good software. I do like it when tracking and issuing needs for people.
