What do you like best?

it supports many formats of videos, images which is really great. i used the PC version of the software and purchased the premium plan, it also gave me access to photo recovery even thou i haven't used it so far. the software is also available for mac which is great cause a lot of users can take advantage of the feature. there are multiple plans available and the pricing is actually affordable which is really nice.

What do you dislike?

sometimes it doesn't do anything and you get the same damaged output as the repaired file, it happened to me once but its not common. with the coming of videos in lots of new formats such as AVI, WMV, MKV etc the software lacks the support for the whole video spectrum. it sometimes get stuck at the process of repair and then go idle for hours and doesn't give any output, this is really annoying.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

as far as i'm concerned this is not a must-have software, there is no guarantee that this software can repair your files thou it worked for a few times, anyways they offer a 30-day money back so i guess its worth checking out.
