What do you like best?
I like the ease of use when it comes to converting the formats that my various email accounts use. I like that it does it fast most of the time. It is very convenient to use when converting email formats and makes my day easy.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the entire program can freeze up, especially when doing multiple files. Big files can also cause the program to hangup and will require a restart in order to get it working again.

Go through the tutorial well.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I honestly just need it to convert AppleMail, Apple makes everything painfully hard to do when it's not in there ecosystem.
