What do you like best?
It's user friendly. there is no one else to lead me how to use it, i could run and search my questions via it succesfully. The page is simple but efficiency when i want to find the answers.
But the best part is, it's really good when you are a freshman in the company or if you are in the new position and want to know more information about your business. you can search the answers with key words, the latest information will make you to work independently.
it's really good when it's a big worldwide company just like me, the teammates will share the knowledge, training, useful material ,etc. to make the things you want to know go smoothly.

What do you dislike?
i haven't make questions yet. so there may be something i don't konw.
but basically speaking, sometimes if i want to search the things by the key words, it may not jump out the answers i am looking for.
i will take the examples if i meet in future.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I remember it's the first time to make the PPT as a BIM support. it required the page should be under company regulation, with logo and something else like that.
so i search it on starmind to see what else do when they create a professional PPT.
fortunately, my teammates overseas share many good material and provide the training video link.
which make me to do it and present it successfully. my leader said good job~!
