What do you like best?

The user interface is smooth, even slick. Custom urls are supported.

What do you dislike?

I'm not sure about having cards of differing widths. This allows for more than one card to be visible, side-by-side, within the window. (Cards are like browser tabs.) This tends to be distracting, I think, but I can also appreciate that it might be useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I've found support quite helpful when I encountered a temporary issue on the Stack website.

If Windows Defender locks down Stack, I believe you can safely whitelist it. You can search the internet for comments on the issue.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

For some time, I've been on a search for a desktop app that combines messaging services into one interface. That allows me to reduce the number of tabs open in my default browser--and thus cuts down on desktop clutter. Stack does this, and allows the addition of web apps as well.
