What do you like best?

I like that each team member can access only what you allow, this is based on level and or seniority with the company. It's really nice because things are broken down by your staff , time clocked in and out. POS is extremely important and it also tracks the beginning and end of a sale thst can be pulled up quickly. Some systems you have to put in a series of information to load the information.

What do you dislike?

I think it's inconvenient to charge the people who work for the business I think it's the business whom should pay for the subscription especially if the members are only part time and work maybe 2 or 3 days out of the week.

All if most software has a time when it becomes frozen/glitchy and can cause problems for all parties Involved. So being able to get in touch with the customer service shouldn't be an issue , but can be at times .

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's efficient and really easy to navigate around and teach. It is friendly to those whom are not really great with electronics which is important because there's a group of people who don't do well with the new age technology.

Working through the process of editing time cards and seeing if there is a better way to get things done without using too many steps. However, the software is way better than doing things the old school way with paper work .
