Great HIPAA secure messaging option
What do you like best?
I like that clients can choose to create a secure account or just use text messaging (and opt in to non-secure texting in my informed consent), and I do it all from the same app. I also like that I have a separate phone and fax (efax) number for my business so I can keep my personal number private.
What do you dislike?
It's not a downside, but I don't use the email feature because I already have email through my web domain. There are no other downsides.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can message my clients and not have to keep track of who uses the app and who texts- it's all coming from my business number in the app. I can also open it on my phone or in my browser, so I can communicate with a client on the go and then copy and paste the conversation into their chart. It also allows clients to send me photos, which can be helpful.
