What do you like best?

I really liked the variety of tools within the system required for posting, analytics, and content sharing across multiple offices. Sprinklr is my preferred enterprise content management solution. As well as the support offered I found to be very helpful and always accessible. It has been the measure for me as I use other tools with different clients. Yet, the suite of features in Sprinklr I find to be the best overall solution.

What do you dislike?

It is a very large program. Making it difficult for new users to really get the full benefit of the software. Better digital training modules outside of the self led programs would be helpful

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure there's one individual who is responsible for leading the use of this. Ensure they have time allotted for training on the platform and that all new users are onboarded appropriately

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Posting transparency among multiple offices; post level analytics; shared content library; seeing what content is performing in other markets; Campaign specific sorting.
