User and Admin Friendly LMS

What do you like best?

Hard to narrow it down, but the features that really stand out to me are the aesthetics and personalized branding, ease of use for both admins and learners and excellent customer service. Our rep, Alex, is incredibly professional, responsive and a problem solver.

What do you dislike?

It's difficult to say what I dislike about the Spoke LMS platform. With every system, there are going to be things you discover you wish you could do a little differently, but one of the great things about Spoke is they actively work on their client's wish list. As an example, when I first signed up, I wished there was an overall course library, where a learner could access any lesson they wanted to regardless of what they are assigned. Even without that feature, Spoke LMS, was my favorite choice two years ago, and I haven't had any regrets since. Circling back to the course library, that is a feature they are releasing later this year. They are responsive and evolving.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The way we are currently using the system we are working to reduce the amount of training time and maximize retention for our new hires and have so far been successful. Our new hires learn the material online first, then come to group practice sessions led by a veteran team member. It has massively reduced the need for one on one trainings and the amount of time it takes our newest team members to be fully trained. The time frame has been reduced by at least one half if not two thirds in some cases AND those team members show in their work product a higher understanding of the big picture they are contributing to.
