What do you like best?

It's a great hub between different system of communication, from chat to videoconference systems

What do you dislike?

In the products there is a lack of integration between the same tools of the same softwarehouse, and some time it's not easy to work with I can. Does not run smoothly

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Works well with video conferencing and can go on virtual and chat

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solve a big problem due the hardware failure of our MCU for videoconference, now we are using a virtual room instead of an MCU and it's really less cost effective. As side effect we found that this system is working very well
