Just recently started using this

What do you like best?

My company just recently started using spark as we are in the testing phase of starting to let some employees work from home and this works great to keep in touch and message eachother quickly. It's very user friendly.

What do you dislike?

It seems like sometimes it takes a moment to open the program, it doesn't open up as quickly as I would like.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's way easier than email to just shoot a quick message and be able to chat with others and also have chat groups for different jobs they're working on.
