What do you like best?

It has mobile commerce services so that is a nice thing, the analytics and dashboards are very organized.

What do you dislike?

It is not very user-friendly for people who are not so technical. Our employee's that work with it find it a bit difficult so we are not sure if we want to buy it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want to craft the customer experiences.
