What do you like best?

Soprano MEMS is a great tool for organizations in need of a service that can be deployed globally on multiple locations, using multiple languages/localizations. This piece of code delivers low-cost IP-based interactive messaging services — even more affordable than SMS — but can also preserve SMS capabilities for certain situations.

What do you dislike?

This solution targets very large clients and, unfortunately, there is no version for small businesses. Thankfully, small businesses can use various other products for their instant messaging needs, and the consumer-grade products such as WhatsApp or Telegram should be enough to get the job done.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are working in a large company, Soprano MEMS might be just what it needs. However, smaller businesses and freelancers might find no use for such a product.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

If my company will ever grow to reach multiple markets across the globe, this solution could be exactly what I need — alongside products like Mapp, AdButler, Flashtalking, Prezly, ClearView Social, and so on.
