What do you like best?

It shows what is the performance of your website by running a real time test from a system that it has been assigned to do test from.

What do you dislike?

It is not very user friendly and a little hard to uderstand/use.

If you have multiple websites and people complain about its low response time and takes forever to load, test your website from different location to verify its performance.
